Everything, the design was amazing, and the facility’s were top notch and attractive. The way the decorating was done was brilliant using area inspiration. Staff was on it for anything we needed.
The Hotel is a bit unusual with its long hallways, but once you find your way around it’s ok,,As to what doors to use etc. One thing I’d suggest is a good guest laundry room. Since so many people travel to Alaska for outdoor activities. They have an off the property laundry service but by the time you pay for it.,You may as well buy new clothes , the prices are typical for that service

I ordered a pizza for dinner. Besides coming very late (I had to call to remind them), it was in a pizza box...no napkin, no silverware...and it came from their restaurant!
When I checked in the man at reception gave me wrong information on how to get to my room...weird! everyone should at least know their hotel!

The room was cozy and clean
The coffee…not enough and not too good
More bottled water would have been nice

Front desk staff were great to talk to
The room was really dark and had low ceiling. It felt really cramped. There was hardly any place to open the suitcase.
They didn't clean the room and told us that we should have asked for it. There was no communication about it anywhere though
