It is a great location. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is very nice. Parking was easy enough. The staff at breakfast was amazing. Close to northampton
The breakfast was disappointing given they have a restaurant. A lot of choices but expected more.

Staff was very friendly and made my wife's birthday stay a special one. WE will definitely stay there again.
The spa was difficult to book. On line booking was difficult to navigate and in person was difficult to reach as well.

nice suite; spacious.
Bed was hard as a rock. The bedroom temperature setting was at 65 degrees when we arrived and was freezing. We were unable to increase the temperature from the room. There was a thermostat but it was not working apparently.
