Room was quiet
The guy at the front desk was rude and didnt even say hi. He needed a course in customer service. We have stayed there before but will not stay again. A pleasant check in and staff is essential for feeling welcomed.

Breakfast was decent. I liked how close it was to the bridge and there were many food choices nearby. Loved being able to see the bridge and lake when we walked behind the hotel.
There for three night and I just wished room service would’ve come in or if there had been a sign to put up for extra towels and trash to be taken out…like a quick clean.

view of straits from south side beautiful. front desk young lady very friendly, personable, helpful, good breakfast offering. warm indoor pool and hot tub!
one exit is onto busy highway directly across from a McDonald's, hard to get out heading west

View was beautiful
Staff at 2000 on Sunday was not easy to understand, very broken English. Website state that there was a military discount available, stated must show on arrival to apply discount. was told by attendee that he could not do that it had to be done online. MY TAKE ON THAT IS THAT IS HOW YOU DO NOT HONOR DISCOUNTS THAT YOU ADVERTISE THAT YOU HAVE. VERY FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST.

"This is our fourth stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and if you get a south facing room you can see the bridge from your room"
