They are always super nice people there. Here lately with my father passing away and then my granddaughter birthday it has been my home away from home.

The staff were extremely friendly, and there were plenty of close food options.

It was sooooo clean and comfy, the bathroom was spacious and very clean and the beds were crisp, clean, and made a great one-night stop.

Location is right next to Smokey Mtn. Center for Performing Arts.
No elevator. Thin walls. TV issues. WiFi did not work. No hand soap in bathroom.
