Loved everything about the room itself.
Warm water, great TV channels, comfy bed, and quiet at night.
Not to mention the casino and the food, amazing
The pillows sucked
We got a smoking room, but the smoke alarm went off each time we smoked- very annoying.

Coffee was always full this time. Good job.
Mattresses need to be replaced … the ones in our room 262 were in bad shape. My was very uneven with a hump in the middle. I think springs had partially clasped.

Bathroom was clean until we found a cockroach in there in the morning 😟
Beds comfortable
Because we had booked through booking.com, we were told that our rooms were not guaranteed because we had set up online. We had to take rooms on a different floor and not next to each other as requested. And…we had to take pet friendly rooms to be next to each other.
More places to set suitcases so we didn’t have to set them on the floor.
Could not change tv channels from the bed because of equipment placement.
No response from staff when told we’d found bugs in bathroom.
