Facility was excellent in layout, location, cleanliness and staff was friendly and helpful. Significantly more economical and convenient than much higher priced lodging that we had to use in Nashville for two more days - with many family members.
Left a list of 8 items that needed attention - constantly flickering light over sink, pressed cardboard like particles fell from bottom of bathroom door when it closed, door stop on wall for doorway in was dangling from wall ready to fall, could never get hot water to sink to shave (would render warm, then return to cold without any change in faucets), rightmost cushion on sofa wouldn't settle down (found that cover was ripped on bottom and couldn't be securely closed), edging on bone side of small table at sofa was ripped almost off with three more minor items that needed attention.

Staff was wonderful! Bed was comfortable. Great location.
It was not very clean. Hair in shower. But no bed bugs so that was a plus!
