big room, great value for the money, good and comfortable bed

The location was ok. It has an Indian restaurant on site which we had dinner there one night, it was good!
The room was clean & the bed comfortable
They seemed to be understaffed. The breakfast was terrible. Only hot food was scrambled eggs and it was empty on both occasions. Only toast, yoghurt & cereal on offer. They advertise a swimming pool but there wasn't one

Location was good
No coffee maker in room. No USB ports in room. Lighting in room was poor. Bath faucet sprayed water instead of running properly. Lighting outside and in stairwells was especially poor, and a big safety issue. I missed the top step one evening and fell halfway down the the stairs. Stairwells were very far apart which could be an issue in the event of evacuation. Property seems to be under new management so maybe they will make some changes.

Big/very large screen TV in room, but no instructions or guide to operate either the cable or streaming options. Call to desk for help, no-one came to room to resolve.
