Spotless hotel, with newly-updated furnishings. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and hospitable.
The “handicapped” room really wasn’t very accessible. The shower chair was flimsy.

Staff made accommodation of 1st floor room for my handicapped husband.
Liked automatic opening of front doors
Liked laundry facilities
Breakfast area was well kept & clean
Would prefer grab bars in shower.

It looked very good but we're scheduled to go to the Medora Gospel Brunch. The coffee was good. We had some fruit which was very good too.
There could be more lighting in the room. Otherwise everything else was great.

Lobby area clean and comfortable. Most of the staff helpful or trying to be.
Three days no laundry or garbage pickup is a bit too much. I understand two days but things start to pile up by the third.
