Friendliness of staff.
Good breakfast provided.
Good small town location.
Bathroom door in room 107, not adjusted properly.

Staff was so nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Tv wasn't working correctly from last persons stay, they had changed cables. Called staff member and she worked on it until she fixed the problem. Husbands side of bed was alittle droopy, where people sit so much.

Staff were really pleasant and the beds were comfortable
It was clean but there was an awful smell in the room and the bedding smelt as well. Can’t describe it as anything other than damp earth, it was weird and unpleasant. Bathroom door didn’t shut and grab rail came off the wall.
