Breakfast not included. Dining available next to hotel. Diner next door was also the registration office. Room was very clean. Sounds from other rooms and hallway were somewhat audible. Hotel did not appear too busy during our one-night stay. I didn’t see an elevator. I’m glad that they provided us with a room on the first floor. Our beds were very comfortable.
The lack of a coffee maker. The sounds audible from other areas of the hotel.

Decently priced.
Our room was never enter for picking up used towels. And bringing fresh clean towels. Also the check in process is very impersonal , going into Penny’s diner to check in ?
