Hotel is in a great location, near Dollywood. The room was comfortable and large. When checking in, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They have both an indoor and outdoor pool, both were really nice.
I didn't like the pillows on the bed.

Almost everything was exceptional. Beds were comfortable. Pools and hot tubs were clean and appreciated the hours for the pool and hot tub.
There was mold in the showerhead

The rooms was roomy and the guy that worked the desk at night was great!
A little dated

Hair dryer didn’t work, remote only worked some of the time and wall outlet was bad so we did not have access to some of the lighting in room as well as a plug for my computer.
