I liked the cleanliness of the room, the location, and the staff.

I dislike they charge for parking 35 dollars

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our queen room was very quiet, clean, and of good size. There wasa desk and desk chair as well as an arm chair. The kitchen had a microwave and and a fridge with a tiny freezer shelf. The cupboards conatined glasses and cups, but no plates or cutlery. There was a complimentary tea and coffee tray that also contained a sweet and a salty snack. The bathrooms had toiletries and big mirrors. The lobby offers ample seating; there were water and lemon water all day as well as complimentary coffee in the morning. The innercourt with seating and a fountain is as charming as the roof terrace. Next door to the hotel is one of Seattle's legendary breakfast places. Pike Place Market and the Space Needle/Climate pledge Arena are about 20 minutes walk away (if that). There is a public parking arrangement; so, one gets a better deal at the reception desk than when paying directly. As the area is currently suffering from a large number of drug addicts and homeless people, the entrance is guarded at night to ensure the guests' safety.

It would have been nice to have had plates and cutlery in the room; but maybe these items can be asked for at the reception desk?

Location is perfect, room was clean had everything you needed and the staff were amazing.

The bed was comfortable. It was walkable to several attractions

The room was tiny. Although centrally located the surrounding area was hard to walk thru. The streets smelled like irine and too many homeless people
