Location, room size, breakfast, and staff
Bathroom appears to need a good steam cleaning along the baseboard/tile connection and hard cleaning.

It was very clean one of the best hotel breakfast I've experience in a while: The staff was very friendly and helpful. When checkoutbtime came there where no shenanigan totals where as quoted. The valet was very efficient if given enough of heads up that you on the way down.
It sat on the corner of a street and there wasn’t adequate space to really pull out of the street.

Location was excellent for atending event at the Spectrum Center
The breakfast selections and quality fell short of my expectations. Although the valet parking process was convenient, I would have preferred complimentary parking rather than an additional charge.

The breakfast was a good quality and great variety. I enjoyed the walking distance to the spectrum center.
I feel like they could update their facility. The hallways have wrinkled carpets that could be a trip hazard. Each bed only has three pillows. The bathroom needs updating. However, some people may enjoy having a bathtub and that’s OK. Maybe that is a bonus for some travelers I didn’t enjoy paying $57 to have my car parked in a hotel that I’m staying at. When asked about what parking is free, the valet attendance pointed me in a direction that seemed far away and unsafe. Maybe they could work on a different pricing system. My car was there less than 12 hours.
