Everybody was friendly and they allowed my dog not judging him thinking he's mean because he has a pitbull in her she's a sweet dog she has lab too which makes her chill
The only thing was I didn't have a fridge in my room next time I knew to ask if I stay more than a day but it was okay

Used face cloth was left hanging inside of shower. TV doesn’t offer a large selection of channels.

The front desk was very helpful each time I needed them. We had problems wvery day from check in day to day 4. Christine and Sophia were trying their best to give us the beat service possible, with what was within their means.
The first room we had was dirty and had a wet dog odor. They gave us clean comforters and put an air freshener clip on our ac vent. When we came back to hotel next day smell was gonw, but ac was broke. Asked housekeeping for extra pillows, nothing provided. After AC broke, they upgraded us to a different room. Floors were FILTHY!! When I got in shower (after removing my socks in room fir first time all day) I left black footprints in the tub from the nasty floors. No clean towels provided after requested on day 3 & 4.
