This is my third stay, and it's always clean and inviting. The staff are always happy and genuinely friendly.
Everything was perfect.

I like the location in proximity to the airport. I also like that the airport shuttle is available every hour.
I did not like my room being so very far down the hall, particularly given the fact that I had requested an ADA room if one became available. My request should have been understood that there are mobility issues and having to navigate more than halfway down a very long hallway with luggage was difficult.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
Nothing.

Despite arriving late due to flight delays, we were able to check-in with a very pleasant greeter at the desk who unlocked the hotel door for us.
Air conditioning was pouring out water onto the carpeting which was soaking wet on the air conditioner side of the bed. We had to put towels down. We were too tired to move to another room.
No hair dryer in the room.
