The room was clean, the air conditioner worked and the layout of the hotel was easy to get around.
The breakfast was lacking in options. The pancake maker did not produce good quality pancakes. The coffee ran out both mornings, there was no fruit and the hot food was cold. It would have been nice for 2 regular coffees to be provided in room since two people were staying in the room. Instead of 1 regular and 1 decaf.

Trendy decor lobby with lots of seats.
Popcorn machine!
Comfortable bed, pillows and soft sheets.
Headboard worn and needs replacing.

Very convenient to hospital , restaurants and grocery stores.
They have wheelchair accessibility rooms.
Breakfast needs a little more variety, maybe waffle maker and something to add to your oatmeal? How bout hard boiled eggs?

We have been staying here for many years so this was a nostalgia birthday trip for my daughter for her birthday. The beds were comfortable and we were close to everything. The sound in the room was great, we could not hear our neighbors or people in the hall.
The hotel could use a lot of updating. The bathroom was not very clean. The checkout person was not very friendly and people as well as myself were checking out and she couldn't even get up out of her chair in her office to great anyone checking out. Some wanted a checkout receipt and they as well as myself were not accommodated. Not very welcoming for guests departing the hotel.
