Easy access to all things such as freeway access, plenty of places within walking distance. Clean rooms. Adequately maintained facilities.
Slight wear and tear that is easily fixed but has no impact on your overall stay.
Normal hotel room odor that was non-offensive but stereotypical.

Wonderful lady at the front desk very clean
Some other guests were slamming doors at 11:00 at night keeping me awake

The room was clean, comfortable and we loved being on the main level.
The cable cars in the back that were staying on the top level had screws and bolts all over the back parking lot. We ended up waking up with a flat tire because a screw went into our tire. We told the front desk lady and she kept apologizing and said she was going to let management know. There should be rules to have companies that stay there keep their messes cleaned up.

bed was comfortable
Freezer was clogged with frost/ice Given room at the end of long hall, I am handicapped & had to hand carry bags to and from room. No cart. No meal service kitchen closed for remolding No discount for no breakfast. Black mold above shower and corner ceiling of bathroom. Ironing board but no iron. Other than that it was OK. Spent $10 less at Baymont on this same trip and had great room w jaccussi and good breakfast.
