The hotel was convenient to walkable businesses, ie Target, Chick-fil-a, etc.
We had a standard King and it was small…particularly the bathroom area.

Room layout, location of property, walkability to restaurants
Keyless entry was an issue at my room 330 and with other guests

Property needs remodeling especially the room
The smell of the room, smelled old, carpet needs some cleaning. Found strands of hair from the new towel and in the shower. Shower area needs some scrubbing especially the soap/ shampoo dispenser.

Close to the hospital where we had an appointment
The drink machines wouldn’t work , the pancake machine was broken for breakfast. The air didn’t work properly at times it got hot even though we set it on 65
