Low rates and convenience
Mattress was kinda lumpy

Bed was very comfortable. Room nice enough for an older hotel but clean.
The breakfast was ok but could use a little more variety and some juice. Was not aware that there was long term residence at this property.

Good price, good location
Breakfast was very basic (carbohydrate city, cereal, biscuits/gravy, coffee, milk), no protein.

Location was really nice, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean- the rest was relatively :)
Stains, bugs unfortunately (stink bugs ONLY), no service or good wifi.
