Room was clean, breakfast good with lots of options.
Had some problems with the TV, treadmill did not work and ice machine was out of order on 2 floors.

It was located near many stores and restaurants. The night shift front desk staff was absolutely wonderful, pleasant and bent over backwards to be accommodating. The breakfast was good with a large selection.
The ice machines were broken on every floor, only one elevator was in order, the hot tub was out of order with caution tape all around it, the trash by vending machine was overflowing the entire 4 days we were there and was never changed. The trash in it was recognizable and the same every day. The bathroom sink and shower faucets leaked significantly and nonstop; it sounded like rain dripping on the floor loudly. The housekeeping staff did not knock or announce themselves before just walking right in. There was no predictability.
