Room was comfortable, good wifi, had parking, convenient location, includes breakfast
No coffee machine in the room. My room was next to equipment room for hotel, noisy all night. There was a disturbed person in the parking lot making loud noises for a half hour, but others helped get the person to calm down. The bath mat wasn't clean.

Was a good breakfast but limited options.
We got a room next to the laundry room, not a problem, no noises from the machine. But too much trash around the bin next to the vending machine and also dirty around the stairs to access to our room. We were told that the pool was out of service but no warning sign or something. And an hour later a small crew were inside the pool. I felt discriminated.

Staff, breakfast, room is fine. The immediate neighborhood is dismal, sometimes loud trucks. But I like being near the charms of Point Richmond, and the short drive to a long walk in the park along the bay. I was able to get to UC Berkeley on surface streets, since the freeway was clogged.
Second night I had a bunch of guys partying almost outside my room until midnight. In the morning, the person at the desk was sympathetic and said she would be sure those guests were cautioned to not repeat that.
