Excellent receptionist. Convienient location and price
Clean or repalce all of fhe carpet in the hallways, stairs etc. It cheapens the look of the hotel.

Comfortable beds. Furniture was useful.
Good location.
Replace or clean the chair.. Make sure there are light bulbs in all the lamps. The tub faucet leaked. The markings on the air conditioner were impossible to read because it's so old. Either make new markings or buy a new unit.
