Very clean and modern. Quiet. Decent breakfast.

Room was large with plenty of space for our family and our luggage. Breakfast was simple but filling. Front desk staff was kind, accommodating and helpful.
Rooms were worn down and need to be updated.

Fair for the price. Convenient base for Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and Lake Powell — everything is a few minutes away. Clean enough, and it did what it needed to do for a night.
Fine as a place to sleep between two long driving days. Don't book it expecting anything beyond that.

The beds were fine and it’s easy to get downtown.
There were bugs everywhere. So many flying around our room. The staff communication about facilities was not correct or comprehensive.
