The cards to enter the room would randomly stop working had to get new keycards about 3 times

Spacious room, kitchen, bathroom and living space were clean. Good location just off highway but far enough away that you didn’t hear or see any traffic. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I had trouble getting into my room and outside door with the card. I would have to try several times jingling the card to get the green light.

The facility was nice and clean the room had lots of space all the appliances worked , only bad thing was the beds were small and not so comfortable other then that I would rate this hotel a 7/10 I would recommend
The beds could have more pillow top because they were very uncomfortable

I love how big the room was and how close we were to the stairs
The carpets need deep cleaning. I had to put a blanket down because I wasn't sure the carpet felt damp. Also the fridge started making noise and I had to unplug it so we didn't have a fridge the whole 9 day stay.

"The staff was extremely helpful and resourceful! Linda and Angel help clear up a discrepancy and Linda even followed up to confirm if the matter was resolved."
