Could use some updating

Good mattress, clean room, good shower and they provided a small breakfast which was great for the price I paid

Surprised by how much I liked the shower (I.e. shower head, water pressure) and towels. Nice for a "budget" no frills motel. Also found the mattress and pillows comfortable. Front Desk staff very friendly and a big bowl of fresh (not old) candy available.
Powdered Non-Dairy Creamer. Breakfast was delivered which was nice. Think it doesn't work as well for hot water and coffee, though - better to visit the office to pour your own.

Location was good for going to a Penn State game.
I staid there last year. It is look more run down this year.
