It was close to everything, restaurants and stores. Simple and easy to get to. Staff was super polite and courteous.

Staff always at front desk, coffee/ tea always available, continental breakfast- fresh & nice options
Maintenance/ repairs/ upkeep could be better, window did not latch- only had a stick in the bottom to stop from opening partly, door did not seem very secure- slide chain just fell right out.

Breakfast items available were sufficient
Bathroom grout was black in many places.

They had a free continental breakfast in the morning and free coffee/ cocoa 24 hours. They had body wash and conditioner.
The room and carpet were kind of dirty and the wall paper was peeling. I could see dents in the bed. I mean, its a motel, so this may be expected and I guess I just haven't stayed in a motel in 20 years. Location was close to Dartmouth which was great and it was the most affordable option around during a peak weekend.
