Location and comfort. It was in a great location to walk to the hot spring and it also has its own hot tub that is fed by the spring and after a long day of driving, it’s just what the doctor ordered. Staff was very nice and breakfast was great. Rooms were comfortable as well.
Nothing. Only issue we had was someone who couldn’t control their dog from barking but it eventually stopped and as a dog owner, I liked how they allowed pets.

The mineral springs tub was a real bonus. So relaxing after a very long day of travel.
The rooms are pretty dated. Furniture and curtains could really use an update. However, this did not diminish the comfort of the bed.

It was a great place.
Everything was perfect.

The staff are all very nice and did their jobs well!
The place is too rundown, it needs new bedding, carpet etc.
The bathroom setup with the door in the way of the shower is terrible, and it was a big disappointment that the Safari bar and restaurant were closed
We will not be returning there next year!
New bedding , carpet etc, especially in the halls
