There was a child running back and forth after 11pm. Couldn't call the receptionist. The phone was out of service

Location was convenient for what we were doing. Room was small but seemed clean enough. Temperature was consistent. Parking was available.
There was a lot of furniture and trash in the hallways to the stairs. The stairs were very difficult to climb and felt a bit unsafe. There were lots of people standing around out side which made us a bit nervous.
