The guy who checked me in on Sunday was one of the best front desk attendants ever. He helped me with a fork for my food and a toothbrush because I forgot mine. I was traveling to with my infant daughter to see her dad and he helped me with a crib and everything. I didn't get his name but I wish I did so his bosses could know how amazing of a worker they have.

Location was great, coffee machine in lobby was a nice bonus. Beds were comfortable.
Staff was not rude, but not friendly or eager to be helpful. Breakfast was mediocre and hot tub was scuzzy.

Location, staff
Didn’t supply coffee. Had to keep asking. The rooms were grimy in areas, the usb hook ups didn’t work leaving us with dead phones in am and needed mote light!
