Everyone was so incredibly kind and welcoming. It felt like home, was cozy, and coffee was always available and the breakfast was wonderful. I ran every day, even to Mendenhall glacier from the location, and I enjoyed being in the area I am familiar with.i am going to stay here when I come back in a few weeks while I get my apartment set up and they even allow dogs. It'll be nice to come back, all the staff, especially Kody, Susan, and Rose were always helpful, friendly, and kind.

The front desk staff was amazing... so kind. The shuttle service went above and beyond to help us... that was so appreciated!
Could have had a better breakfast

Ferry pick up service was good
Check-in was slow. Room was dirty. Airport shuttle was very disappointing.
