I enjoyed the location and the very friendly staff. We loved the Halloween decorations.
1. Every email should have your actual phone number. I was trying to call under time pressure from the airport and kept getting the automated service. So frustrating.
2. Housing keeping came later in the day every single day. Maybe mix it up so we could have had service on the early side a couple of days.
3. For the insanely tall beds you should have a stool on both sides.

Location is great. Everything was clean and in good working order.
I like having the deadbolt lock.
Could have used a chair to sit in when putting on my shoes.
A room safe would be nice.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Everyone had a smile. You can’t beat the location.
Rooms needed updating. AC dripping down the wall with cracking plaster, etc
