Location, friendly and pleasant staff.
Bathroom wasn’t cleaned fully: shower floor had dark stains and mold, dark hair on floor and shower doors. Sink was very slow to drain. Unfortunately I didn’t discover these problems till late in the evening.

Very conveniently located just off I-35, which was a big plus!
Walking the halls I killed 1 roach and 1 cricket. I’m told they come indoors when it’s too hot and dry outside. There were NONE in my room, which was spotlessly clean.
