Newer property so very clean. Breakfast was good. Good central location.
Off season so housekeeping was minimal.

The suite was spacious and nicely appointed: great shower, beds, kitchen facilities. The room had a view of the ocean that was outstanding.
The only slight disappointment was the breakfast. Yes, there were waffles available and fruit, but the other choices seemed a bit modest.

Breakfast was great. The location was excellent.
The carpet needed to be vacuumed and shampooed. The floor in the elevator needed to be washed and the elevator walls painted or refreshed.
