Comfortable
Elevator did not work. My boyfriend has COPD and struggled to go up and down the stairs - 4th floor.
Why isn’t there a shampoo bottle in the shower? Those dumb little shampoos on the counter barely help anyone. Just put another bottle dispenser on the shower wall.
The coffee cup wasn’t covered with plastic
The guy who checked me in had me stand and wait on him to run something to someone. He should have checked me in and then did that.

Clean and the room was comfortable
I thought the cost was a little high because of the Friday stay.

The beds were very comfortable and establishment was very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly!
At our stay the elevators were not working and our room was on the fourth floor.

Convenient location for visit to WCU
Stairwells (elevator out of order) and hallway carpets were a mess. Although room appeared to be clean, the condition of the hallways caused us to feel uncomfortable trusting that it had truly been well cleaned.
