Clean, modern, comfortable . Staff was extremely polite , kind, friendly, and efficient. The balcony and air conditioning were very nice. Very quiet. Comfortable bed and nice linens. The suite was well appointed.
The staff did the best with what they had, but the quality of the hot breakfast food was not good. Disappointing especially considering the cost of the stay.

Very nice property and behind and away from all the busy streets.
I did not receive the balcony room or wet bar I was confirmed with in the booking. When I asked the front desk they said there was nothing they could do about it. I again explained and showed them my booking confirming the room and they didn’t help remedy the no balcony or wet bar. This was very disappointing.

The eggs were just terrible for the free breakfast. They were way too salty and the toaster did not work. We also had a clogged drain in our sink and for $450 a night. This was just way too expensive for the above.
