Proximity to Waikiki is very convenient.
Parking charge is too much. I’m guessing that’s what everyone charges.

Breakfast was good,the free ice cream was very nice and overall experience was exceptional with friendly staffs

Good base location for first-time visitors exploring central Waikiki.
Convenient transit access with a bus stop and a Biki bike-share station right outside the hotel.
* Rooms and balconies are significantly smaller than the photos suggest. No ocean view rooms.
* The windows directly face a busy street with active traffic, resulting in constant noise.
* The street outside is also heavily wind-swept compared to just one block closer to the ocean.
Unhelpful staff:
* Customer service was rigid and scripted. When we needed boiling water or a kettle to prepare food for our child, staff simply stated all were in use and told us to wait without offering alternatives.
* When asking for places to visit or local dining recommendations, they only pointed us to the McDonald’s next door.
* Rooms are cleaned every other day. Despite explicitly requesting morning service to accommodate our child's afternoon nap, the housekeeper repeatedly arrived during naptime. He was dismissive, complained about his shift ending at 4:00 PM, and forced us to wake our child to wait on the tiny balcony while he cleaned.
