It was within walking distance to our concert at the Delta Center.
Bathroom shower curtain smelled sour and the window kept making a loud whistling noise all night and kept me up because of the wind. The elevators were very slow and took over 5 minutes to gain access to the lobby or from the lobby to our 4th floor room. Rooms were suppose to be smoke free but, you could smell smoke which was stuck in the rooms interior. I would think also that parking would be included in the hotel price but, we had to pay an additional $28.00 to park in the hotel parking lot.

How Friendly the person at the front desk was when we signed in. The cleanse of the room and how friendly the help was. Plus it was close to the University for my husbands Dr Appointment. We will definitely go back there again.

I PAID FOR PARKING AND SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF THE TAG WAS GOOD IF WE LEFT THE PROPERTY AND CAME BACK. I WAS TOLD YES. HOWEVER UPON RETURNING LATE AT NIGHT I DID NOT HAVE A PARKING SPOT. I HAD TO PARK IN A DIFFERENT AREA AND WE DIDN'T FEEL SAFE. I FEEL LIKE THE HOTEL SHOULD ONLY SELL TAGS FOR HOW MANY OCCUPANTS FIT.
