Location. Easy to access, close proximity to restaurants, bars and mainly Little Ceasers Arena. If taking in a ball game, hockey game, concert or football game, this place is super handy.
Everything went well. Only minor issue was the water from the curbless shower doesn't go to the drain very well.

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The location is great - so close to everything downtown
The room and hotel itself could’ve been a bit cleaner and in better shape. I noticed a couple small items on the floor that hadn’t been vacuumed from previous guests and the toilet paper roll wasn’t replaced (although there was an extra roll on the shelf). A good deep clean of the room could go a long way, same with the hallways in the hotel.
