The property was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely flowers, plants, and a nice water fountain that sounded so nice. Decent location within walking distance to downtown Carmel.
Road work was happening on the street just outside my door. The property has lots of uneven walkways, funky steps and a steep ramp from the parking lot into the property. Thin walls meant overhearing crying babies, conversations, etc. Not the most restful place.

It was a wonderful stay. It felt like we had our own place right in Carmel. The rooms were perfect. Fireplace and style really made it a comfortable stay. Words can’t describe how happy I was to stay there.
That we had to leave!

The overall room was less than expected, it seemed a little worn out. You have two front desk agents I interfaced with one was an Asian woman than a younger white guy with a beard. I think he had a beard. He was exceptional.
The length seemed a little worn out and needed updating
