The desk clerk understood my problem and immediately responded to assist me. The breakfast is very good. Large waffle maker along with eggs, sausage, bagels, juice and coffee. Kitchen staff responded very quickly to replace food when depleted.
First room had an issue with both the hot water and the tub shower facet and spigot loose from the wall. The desk clerk immediately changed our room we enjoyed the rest of the stay.

Location was fine. Breakfast was a little disappointing because I expected to have some pastry items but overall it was adequate. Rooms seemed clean, beds were comfortable.
I didn't like that our family was divided up and on different floors. I was disappointed that there were no pastries (muffins, doughnuts, etc) offered at breakfast but I found plenty to eat.
Mainly I didn't like the noise coming from the room above us. It was impossible to sleep until they settled down around 2:30am.
