8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
I like the room the value of the stay the breakfast was tasty and a great variety. The bed was okay. I love pool waterfall was beautiful and the pool color lights at night were beautiful. The AC was great blew a lot of cold air.
The temperature of the pool was a bit cold, should regulate to a normal temperature. They should upgrade and have a hot jazucci as well. The control wasn't working to the TV wasn't working or functioning I requested new batteries but it still didn't work. Needs to be more hot water when you take shower felt water wasn't hot enough. The handles on the hotel room seem loose. Also, no one came next day to clean the room. So disappointed no housekeeping going on.

My room wasn’t ready and the restroom zinc had a leak on so all my towels were wet when I was trying to get dry after I shower
