The breakfast was very nice that it was included. I liked that housekeeping came in to change our sheets while we were gone. I enjoyed how close the property was to downtown because we didn't have to travel far to get places.
I didn't like that the room had an odd smell to it the entire time. The ceiling was also very cracked. The refrigerator didn't get very cold either, and it resulted in desserts that we put in melting significantly.

The location of the property was great! We were able to get to downtown Charleston quite easily (within 8-10 min) with about $10 Ubers.
It says 24 hour concierge but when my boyfriend and I showed up from the airport, the lobby was completely locked lights off with a sign to call the lobby person. When we called her we explained we wanted to check in and she hung up on us and then eventually showed up 10 minutes later. The hotel breakfast was also horrible. I had seen many reviews about the breakfast being good and was one of the reasons I picked this location. Our hotel key was also deactivated just about everytime we left our hotel so we had to keep going to the lobby to have it re-administered.
