Staff was friendly. Especially the continental breakfast lady.
Everything was good mostly. It would have been nice to have meat and eggs for the continental breakfast. And the only problem with the room was that the floors were stained, almost afraid to walk on it without your shoes:-(

It was a good location and not far from the attractions.
Need to work on the parking lot

The location is really it.
The fact I was charged for a room’s jacuzzi tub and the tub didn’t work. When I reached out to staff about it. They told me to reach out to your company Booking. I was on the phone with one of your agents. The hotel was suppose to give me back a portion of my money back. The agent hung up on me and no one from booking or the hotel could tell me what happened and what conclusion you came up with. I am not happy about my money
