Front desk clerk was very friendly and respectful.
The clerk that checked the room so we could get our deposit back. No smiles, no good hospitality.

The room was very clean and spacious, and absolutely amazing and friendly staff. The prices were fair and the location was good.
The mattresses could have been softer, however I can't complain much.

I like that it was close to the conference center
The smell in the lobby/hallways. The room had stains in the carpets and on the walls.
