Clarion Inn Strasburg - Lancaster

It was a pretty convenient to get there very clean outstanding and they’re breakfast in the morning friendly staff accommodated if you need anything else they said, do not hesitate to

Really wasn’t much that I didn’t like it was

New Management was pleasant. They wee asking how did we like the Hotel I told them is was out first time. Mentioned about my daughter having celiac disease she couldn't have most of what was out. And Sim the owner made sure she had something to eat the next morning. Gluten free cereal and rice cake snacks. That made my whole stay how they care about those staying in their property.

The room was updated and we all slept well.

Check in time is a late 4 pm with the woman at the front desk uncompromising and rude about showing up early. Every hotel we have ever been to has allowed early check in if room is ready. We knew the room was ready, as we sat and waited 1.5 hours for her to let us know, watching the staff. This rude experience tainted our entire stay there. On top of that, the breakfast was terrible. Most hotel breakfasts are not my favorite to begin with, but the eggs were fake made from a powder mix, the sausage really slimy, and minimal healthy options.
