Breakfast hour and quality were better than expected. Rooms were clean and roomy. Great view from our window of the stream out back.
It was a little pricey but since it was a game day, we had few other options

Value and location of the site. Very clean property, too
Breakfast items were bad. Dry toast and terrible bagels. Only one brand of yogurt and no non fat option. The eggs were terrible. Coffee okay and bananas were great But I never expect much at hotels where breakfast is included.

The breakfast attendant was slow to refill foods. At 8:30 am, there ware no breads or bagels ,no butter and little condiments, also the sausage gravy crock was empty. Breads were refilled at 9am and some condiments but sausage gravy was never refilled. Also attendant was sitting outside or other places at times.
Gym equipment was well worn, treadmill belt slips at times while trying to use. Cleanliness was fair
