The receptionists were very nice and our room was clean.
When first walking in it kind of smelled like pee but our room didn't. Our kids tried to go swimming but there was a very large and very rude family screaming, cussing, and being overly obnoxious so they didn't get to swim.

Location and that it had a pool
There were not enough towels in the room for the guest, even though it asks us how many will be staying. There was NO extra toilet paper, only one was what was on the roll which was half used. There were brown stains in the carpet and it just felt yucky. There was also some kind of white substance in front of the elevator on the first floor.
