Much too expensive for this old hotel and services rendered.

Historic building

The rooms were too expensive for its outdated furniture, bedding and bathroom conglomerate. People were cooking in their rooms and our room smelled like food. People were getting ready for work at 4:30 am above us and the ceilings were creaking loudly. There was no coffee maker or mini fridge in the room. The floor in the hallway was uneven and old. The breakfast was lousy in a small, old room without windows.

Stay met the expectations

Room is spacious and clean

During breakfast, food items aren't being refilled promptly. We have to ask the staff every time something runs out instead of them keeping an eye on it.

They charged me for damages because I have dyed hair and it bleeds color, and they claimed I damaged the tub. There was

It was cheap

Outdated. Phone didn’t work. Toilet barely flushed.

It's a dump and not close to the airport as I was led to believe.

Room was not clean, worn-out chair. i would not have stayed, except, I was worn out and it was 2 am.

Nasty bedspread, thin old blanket.

Easy access to Manchester Logan airport.

The front counter clerk had a lot of trouble with booking.com and the way they charged it.

8 / 10Excellent·Aug 2026

They need to have a few diabetic options for breakfast, but overall it was amazing. The coffee pot was a little slow, but awesome to have fresh brewed each time. Don't know if I like the bathroom sink on the outside of the bathroom.

The ice machine was out on the first floor, and you had to go to the third floor to get some.

Good location close to interstate, plenty of parking

Closest EV chargers were a mile away
