A very nice place. Was in a quiet area.and the staff were great.

The rooms were ok.

The pool was unsatisfactory. It was ice cold and was not unusable. One of the reasons we booked here was to utilize the pool. When I mentioned it to the front desk clerk, she acted clueless Also, my checking account was charged $248 yet my hard copy bill indicates $223.

The room was very nice and clean. The location was close to interstate, food, shopping & Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland.

The walls surrounding the elevator could use cleaning/paint and more inviting of an entrance on the parking lot entrance. But wasn’t a big issue.

Close to things we were doing

Homeless person sleeping in lobby, room smelled like smoke.
