Nikki Smith is a great receptionist and a good face for the chain. The City Limits restaurant is a great place connected to the facility
The bathroom door is a pain because it doesn't clear the toilet which makes night time bathroom breaks

Breakfast was okay.
The attached restaurant was really good.
Petro2 truck stop next door.
Phone didn't work.
No tv remote. Got a remote and volume didn't work.
The AC left a strong sweet bitter smell (chemical) and loud.
More then half the staff didnt speak English. You had to talk to front desk.
They were still servicing our room when we got there at 430 (hour and a half after check in request)
